In fact, it&#8217;s the option I use most often. Instead of inserting the image directly, I first <em>insert a Drawing<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1892\" src=\"https:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Dibuix-sense-t\u00edtol-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"716\" height=\"298\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Dibuix-sense-t\u00edtol-2.png 716w, https:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Dibuix-sense-t\u00edtol-2-300x125.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 716px) 100vw, 716px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once the drawing has been opened, we can insert the image with the two previous options: copy \/ paste or with the <em>Image option.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1893\" src=\"https:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Screenshot-2017-10-21-at-09.38.43.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"573\" height=\"120\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Screenshot-2017-10-21-at-09.38.43.png 687w, https:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Screenshot-2017-10-21-at-09.38.43-300x63.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 573px) 100vw, 573px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Having the image inside a drawing allows us to have the same options as inserting it directly (change brightness and contrast, change the color&#8230;) but, in addition, we have more options: add a frame, add arrows or shapes, add text boxes, add more images&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1894\" src=\"https:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Screenshot-2017-10-21-at-09.40.52.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"567\" height=\"351\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Screenshot-2017-10-21-at-09.40.52.png 703w, https:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Screenshot-2017-10-21-at-09.40.52-300x186.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 567px) 100vw, 567px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">And, perhaps one of the most useful options, allows you to <strong>download the image<\/strong>. Didn&#8217;t it happen to you that someone shares a document where they have inserted an image that you need to download? Google documents do not allow you to download the image directly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">One solution is to copy the image, insert a drawing, paste the image and choose the option to download it (<em>Actions\/Download as<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1895\" src=\"https:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Screenshot-2017-10-21-at-09.41.51.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"562\" height=\"240\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Screenshot-2017-10-21-at-09.41.51.png 700w, https:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Screenshot-2017-10-21-at-09.41.51-300x128.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 562px) 100vw, 562px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once the drawing is finished, simply save it and it will appear in the document, as if you had inserted the image directly.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1896\" src=\"https:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Screenshot-2017-10-21-at-09.42.39.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"722\" height=\"282\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Screenshot-2017-10-21-at-09.42.39.png 1203w, https:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Screenshot-2017-10-21-at-09.42.39-300x117.png 300w, https:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Screenshot-2017-10-21-at-09.42.39-768x300.png 768w, https:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Screenshot-2017-10-21-at-09.42.39-1024x400.png 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 722px) 100vw, 722px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If we want to make any modifications, just <strong>double-click<\/strong> and we will have the drawing open again, ready to modify it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In fact, the drawing tool is very powerful and allows many options. It should not be used only with photos. Without photos it is also very useful to make conceptual maps, organizational charts&#8230; But it&#8217;s also useful to think about using it when doing simpler things. It is very useful for doing something as simple as adding a frame to the image.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is also interesting for documents that students have to complete. We create the drawing, add blank text boxes and students will be able to double-click on the image and complete the boxes.
