It&#8217;s about <strong>audits<\/strong>. The console lets you know what&#8217;s going on in many ways, always keeping your data private. Where&#8217;s a drive file? How many users have opened it? Who deleted an event from the shared calendar? On the left we have the <strong>audit<\/strong> menu. If we select it, we can see who performed any of the following actions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>View (open document)<\/li>\n<li>Add to a folder<\/li>\n<li>Changing the name<\/li>\n<li>Change permits<\/li>\n<li>Editors configuration changes<\/li>\n<li>Create, delete, print or download<\/li>\n<li>Send to Trash<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the screenshot, you can see when and who accessed a particular file. The search was performed by searching by file name.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1137 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/informes.png\" alt=\"informes\" width=\"1341\" height=\"527\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/informes.png 1831w, https:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/informes-300x118.png 300w, https:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/informes-768x302.png 768w, https:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/informes-1024x403.png 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1341px) 100vw, 1341px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Similarly, searches could be carried out with other criteria. You don&#8217;t always have to search by file name, you can also search by user. This way we could see which files a user has seen in a date range.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In spite of being able to know this data, the privacy of the content remains intact, because if permission has not been given to the administrator, he or she will not be able to see the content.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We can see some other service, like the mail registry.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1138 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/c4.png\" alt=\"c4\" width=\"827\" height=\"398\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/c4.png 827w, https:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/c4-300x144.png 300w, https:\/\/tecnocentres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/c4-768x370.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 827px) 100vw, 827px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this case, it allows us to see who sent or received emails within a certain period of time.
